Position Description: Irrigation Crew Leader
What Our Crew Leaders Do:
- New Installations: Oversee day-to-day site operations. Install new irrigation systems ensuring all components are within specifications of the operations manager and property owner.
- Revamps: Add, move, remove, or repair entire zones based upon homeowner projects that run into the irrigation system (new patio, pool, sidewalk, fence, etc)
- Aftercare: Complete detailed inspection of installations ensuring that system is properly working, site is fully cleaned up, and the experience meets all StayGreen standards. Document installation and supplies used.
- Hands-on position: Our Crew Leaders are alongside their team operating a vibratory plow, digging, adjusting sprinkler heads, reading blueprints/site designs, recording zone charts, setting controllers, etc.
- Leadership: Direct the work of your team of 2-5 members, delegating tasks and confirming completion. Help develop and train on an ongoing basis.
- Responsible for company truck and trailer- transporting crew to work site, maintaining and restocking supplies, proper care of tools and equipment, cleanliness, and organization.
- Work cooperatively when joined by additional crews and/or service technicians.
- Speak directly with homeowners/site managers during any visit- kindness and killer customer service are a must!
Requirements:
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday with Saturday overtime available seasonally.
- Prior experience in irrigation, specifically installation of systems.
- Communication & leadership skills.
- Valid driver’s license.

Compensation & Benefits:
- Rate: $50,000 – $70,000 per year
