Paul Parker

Owner/Operator

Paul Parker established StayGreen Irrigation in 1994 and successfully developed it into the premier provider of irrigation installation and services in the Southeastern Massachusetts and Rhode Island region. StayGreen specializes in catering to the diverse needs of commercial, athletic, and residential systems.

Paul consistently adapts his vision to align with industry advancements by incorporating cutting-edge technology and staying updated on the latest teaching methods. Paul maintains unwavering standards of excellence to ensure that every project awarded to StayGreen delivers the most superior irrigation system available.

Under the leadership of Paul and his management team, the company has expanded to include 25 full-time professionals, all of whom are considered family here at StayGreen.

Mike Campbell

Vice President

Since 2000 at StayGreen

Mike is one of the hardest working, most dedicated people you will ever meet. Throughout his remarkable 23-year tenure at StayGreen, Mike has successfully completed over 3000 installations, spanning residential, athletic, and commercial projects. He is in the pivotal role of liaising with contractors and owners, developing irrigation plans, estimating project costs, procuring equipment, and maintaining vendor inventory.

In his role, Mike oversees three installation crews on a daily basis, effectively managing approximately 18 employees. This production team is the backbone of our installation success.

Mike garners immense respect from the entire company and serves as an exemplary role model, inspiring our team members to strive for greatness.

Colleen Cavanagh

General Manager

Since 1998 at StayGreen

Colleen is a dedicated and caring member of our team here at StayGreen Irrigation. Over the past 24 years at StayGreen, Colleen has cultivated a devoted customer base. Not only does she know most of the 4,000 client base by name but also by their street address.

On a daily basis, she actively supports the owner and managers, diligently equipping all departments with the necessary resources for success. She also develops the service technician’s daily schedule and manages the thousands of spring start-ups as well as the fall winterizations.

Our team values Colleen’s knowledge and expertise in all aspects of the business.

Chuck Shumila

Sales Manager/Customer Relations

Since 2016 at StayGreen

Chuck is truly “the go-to guy” who is largely responsible for establishing our outstanding reputation within the industry. Everyone knows Chuck, and he is a friend to all!

Before transitioning to the Sales department, Chuck spent several years working on the installation crew, gaining valuable insight into various installations and daily routines. This background has equipped him to become an exceptional Salesperson who truly understands the needs of both clients and the crews.

In his current capacity, Chuck leads the residential sales team, taking charge of scheduling and collaborating closely with the residential install crew leader on a daily basis. With an impressive 35 years of sales experience, StayGreen stands out as Chuck’s favorite among all the organizations he has worked with.
